Universal Networks, Inc. is a IT consultant group based in Wakefield Massachusetts and has affiliations with clients in 32 states in the United States. Universal has been in business for 13 years and performs work all over New England, including Rhode Island, Connecticut and New Hampshire.

Patrick M. Sullivan – Founder & CEO of Universal Networks, Inc.
Patrick has been in the IT field for 20 years. After receiving his degree from Boston University, he began working as IT support desk for a Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. Patrick worked his way from support desk, server integration then on to network engineering project management. He managed projects ranging from $1M to $25M across Partners HealthCare infrastructure www.partners.org.
After spending over nine years in the Health Care IT field, he decided to go on his own and start a IT business. In 2003, he established a IT company. Through this of experience he has help guide and manage many small and medium-sized businesses in the IT endeavours. Patrick is a qualified consultant, who is an experienced project manager who provides dedicated client support with expertise in collaboration, managed services, cloud and virtualization technologies. IT’s this level of expertise and passion for innovation that enable Patrick to consistently deliver unsurpassed and measurable results.
